• Worked on the implementation of the EU Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) payment initiative across European countries, enhancing security and compliance with the EU-PSD2 regulation.
• Designed and developed a smart payment notification system that provides customers with specific actionable reasons for failed transactions. This system was deployed across multiple EU regions, significantly enhancing customer experience and contributing to a revenue increase of approximately $50 million.
• Managed high operational demands during the EU-PSD2 initiative launch, reducing high-severity tickets by over 240 annually through effective issue resolution and preserving ~3,000 transactions daily.

• Designed and developed an application that automates issue analysis for tickets related to services managed by our team, utilising Java and AWS technologies (SNS, SQS, S3, Kinesis Data Streams, and Firehose).
• Enhanced the application to automatically append detailed analysis information, such as logs and debugging autogenerated links, to support tickets, significantly accelerating the root cause analysis process.
• Achieved a reduction of approximately 30-45 minutes in identifying the root causes of high severity issues, handling about 10 such cases weekly, which substantially minimised customer impact and improved service reliability.
