• Worked on Employee Advocacy Product revamp. The product consists of three modules, namely configuration manager, publishing engine and consumer facing app. Lead development in configuration manager and publishing engine. Added localisation feature to ship the final consumer facing app in any language. Integrated Jest and CI pipeline for unit testing. Worked on consumer facing app on React-Native-Web framework. Improved CHI score for a client from 3 to 9 (out of 10) within 8 months
• Worked on B2C Analytics Product on NextJS framework. Developed the user authentication flow. Added widgets in the visualization factory. Worked on data layer of these widgets using Apollo GraphQL’s query and mutation hooks.
• Worked on building Sprinklr’s official site from scratch using Gatsby for SSG and Contently for static web content
• Contributed to Sprinklr’s central component library and multiple other modules in main platform. Extensively used Typescript, React Hooks, React-Query library and React Testing library in day-to-day work

• Developed and integrated an ExpressJS app which renders HTML on the server-side and converts it to PDF using wkhtmltopdf library and sends the PDF to client (browser). This application is used to generate reports and PDF of the dashboard for the user. Used D3.js extensively to generate visualisations of the dashboard but on server-side.
• Developed modules to increase efficiency in data ingestion process. Used sockets for real-time updates of data quality.
• Integrated Amplitude Analytics to monitor user behaviour in data ingestion interface and identify wrong user action leading to re-ingestion
