• Worked on the Cell Collective which is a web-based tool for life sciences application. This is used by scientists to build and study large-scale mathematical networks. I implemented graph analyses techniques such as distance, flow algorithms and network statistics such as hubs, connectivity.

• Developed a complete web-based application that performs various statistical computations in an interactive and graphical manner. The tool utilises R based server to enable interactive statistical analyses such as descriptive statistics, graphing, clustering, classification etc.

• Constructed a mathematical network model using constrained based optimization technique. Used data analytics to perform early stage disease prediction analysis. The analysis was performed on big data to predict the progressive changes and underlying dynamics of the disease.
