1) Build a chatbot on the company's database for the user and internal team to use. Implemented RAG in the chatbot and used langgraph, pineconeDB and openai for it. Deployed it on AWS with proper configuration of security rules and load balancer.
2) Build a multi-agent outbound caller system which gets trigger whenever a lead comes in the spreadsheet, an outbound call trigger to the lead and the agent triages the lead and after the calls ends write back the summary and other informations back in the spreadsheet to update the status. Used livekit, langchain, OpenAI, Sarvam AI, python with integration of app script automation.
