• During my time at CirclePe, I strategized and built end-to-end fintech infrastructure from scratch (loan onboarding journey with real-time underwriting, Loan monitoring system to manage/visualize data points of the case, API vendor onboarding and integration, and architecting the system and database design, which is compliant and satisfies consumer lending guidelines.
• Managed product/business planning: Figma prototypes, pitch decks, dashboards for smooth UX; optimized revenue/cash flow and coded for leads/visibility.
• Led 6-person team from pre-seed: taught agile, microservices, design via reviews/sessions—set up processes and supportive culture.
• Built rule engine for credit/bank data: extracted key info for quick checks, rules, and multi-lender payouts—faster, reliable decisions.
• Drove dev from ideas to launch: dashboards (CRM, LOS, sales), no-code serverless tools, workflows with research/testing—simpler leads, compliance, UX.

• Helping 30+ schools and 25K+ students get hands-on with STEM labs, 100+ projects, and 200+ hours of fun content to spark kids' curiosity through real engineering.
• As a tech lead at Rancho Labs I contributed in -
• Planning and developing B2B Saas custom dashboards for 10+ schools: added tools for managing classes, planning lessons, uploading materials, syncing schedules, tracking progress, assigning work, and grading submissions—shaped it with teachers' input to keep it super user-friendly.
• Made the platform handle big classes of 60+ students without a hitch: tweaked real-time features and setup to run smooth sessions and tests, even during heavy use, so everything stayed reliable.
• Planned and organized multiple large-scale (500+ students) events and competitions, handling whatever necessary logistics and operations were involved.
• Hired skilled engineers, mentored them, helped them align with the business goals and built tech to automate and support redundant jobs and operations.

• Creatospace is a platform for effectively finding like-minded people with similar professional requirements by skill-based matching and geolocation-based filtering to recommend relevant connections.
• Built the entire platform in NestJs and Ionic from scratch using MongoDB Atlas as Database and deployed the application on AWS EC2.
• It had tinder swipe cards like UI with skill ratings in which if people matched they can get on a chat, it recommended similar kinds of people based on their business requirements.
• Built a real-time LinkedIn Scraper using Python, Selenium, and Flask, deployed on AWS EC2 to fetch and update user/company information with high accuracy and speed.
• Launched it on ProductHunt and got an initial user base of 1000+ users in 3 days. But later had to shut it because the product apparently lacked focus and problem it was meant to solve wasn't something for which people shall pay for.

• Engineered user-centric features for class creation and participation: developed no-code course builders, AI-driven quiz generators, and collaborative tools with GraphQL APIs and React frontend—driving 30% higher engagement through intuitive workflows and personalized learning paths.
