Project Experience: Website Development for SRKR ISTE Organization
I was leading a team of five in the successful completion of two dynamic websites, namely, SRKR ISTE and Nipuna24, for the SRKR ISTE organization. My role included taking control of every aspect of the development process, from initial idea conception to final testing, in order to ensure that both of these sites served their respective audiences well.
Project 1: SRKR ISTE Website
Role: Team Leader & Full-stack Developer.
Key Contributions:
Team Leadership: Built up an extensive collaborative culture among working team members, dealing with the main areas of contact and cooperation on development.
Full-stack Development: Created a usable and sturdy website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
Feature Integrations: Designed and integrated functionalities helping the end-user experience with calendar events and resource sections.
Testing & Optimization: Conducted rigorous testing to repair any bugs, providing a perfect product at the end.
Project 2: Nipuna24
Role: Project Coordinator & Developer.
Key Contributions:
Event Management: Created a wonderful platform with more than 17 events, inviting easy browsing among all possible users.
User-Centric Design: Focused on building an intuitive interface that caters to its diversified needs, therefore raising the overall appeal.
Problem Solving: Specialized in building ingenious solutions to technical problems to better the site and make it speedier.
Collaboration: Worked closely with stakeholders to gather inputs and feedback, which ensured that the whole process was up to the organization's standards.
This experience not only refined my technical skills and knowledge in web development but also fostered better leaders and project management skills, thereby positioning me to take on larger challenges in the software industry.
