• On the Developer Productivity team, working on 'Flow', Flipkart’s internal Kubernetes-based CI/CD platform for 5000+ microservices. I covered Flow in this tech talk at Rootconf: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LjXTgETS9XU
• Increased CI/CD pipeline throughput by 71% (from 350 to 600+/hour) with a new scheduling algorithm that uses historical data and resource availability.
• Wrote a Validation Service to catch deployment/rollback errors before they happen. It saved 13,800 man-hours in the first 6 months and is now used to enforce governance (stack upgrades, code coverage, etc.).
• Reduced Docker build times by 50% for all users by implementing remote layer caching. This saves about 3000 platform build-minutes every day.
• Designed and wrote the V2 APIs and SDK for Flow, which let ML and SRE platforms integrate with our system for things like automatic Java/OS upgrades and ML model deployments.
• Responsible for core platform features: zero-downtime deployments (canary/blue-green), deployment guardrails, on-demand ephemeral environments, and fast-tracked rollbacks.
• Designed and ran 'Fk-mini', a self-serve onboarding course for new engineers that won Gold at TISS 2024. I've mentored over 10 batches of new hires through the SDLC process.

• Worked on features for homegrown CI/CD platform. Revamped rollback and deploy process by adding guardrails, validations and more visibility. Implemented fast tracked rollbacks and other stability improvements.
