• I improved the Warehouse Management System application and the Order Management System application by implementing Shipping Services to include carriers such FedEx, UPS, USPS (Endicia) and DHL etc. on the dotnet framework and on the SQL Server.
• By implementing these domestic and international shipping services for our eCommerce and warehouses partners, it enables them to create shipping labels and custom documents, track shipments and manage their warehouse more efficiency, reducing human resources by 30%.
• I designed and integrated the Rate Shopping Service to the system. The service compares the shipping costs of multiple major carriers and presents the client with least-cost alternatives. It also compares benefits from value regional carriers. By automating it, the average saving is over 10% of total annual carrier spend.
• I individually handled customized projects for our clients such as creating a web service to send automated tracking information and shipping account verification to end-use consumers. In doing this I have improved my communication skills and learned how to embrace new challenges quickly.

• Built an internal line-of-business application for managing operations. It allows registration and tracking of mentors and mentees, scheduling and planning annual programs and sessions, sending text/mail reminders to session participants and receiving RSVPs, and administering surveys on program effectiveness to mentors and mentees. The project automates the prior manual processes with a single, integrated application.
• Personal contribution to the project focused on establishing the core part of the project, programs section, integrating it with sessions and implementing uploading and downloading documents service through AWS.S3 for the application to work functionally, completely and efficiently, which saves YMC employees’ time to go through tedious process for organizing all the activities they hold.
• The application is implemented as a SPA web application backed by Microsoft SQL Server database exposed via RESTful Web API. The web client employs AngularJS and responsive web design practices for desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Employed an agile development process with daily standups and Trello for task management.

• The research goal is to design a coil winding that consists of parallel-­‐linkage design, used for implantable applications in magnetic spinal cord simulation. It will not only provide better design flexibility to the current mode driving circuit, but also simplify the fabrication process of the 3-­D inductive coil, which can further advance the coil miniaturization.
