• My primary focus was on Docker Scout, a solution designed to proactively enhance software supply chain security. I led the design efforts within the Data & Policy team, driving initiatives such as policy customization, manual and VEX vulnerability exceptions, and the introduction of Docker Scout health scores across the Docker ecosystem, including Docker Hub and Docker Desktop.

• As the lead designer for LXD, I was in charge of creating a unified experience for managing system containers and virtual machines. My team and I started building a new interface from scratch, making sure it worked seamlessly with the existing command-line interface while adding new features. I took the lead in understanding user needs and validating user stories, which involved mapping out the new product, developing user flows, and designing layouts and interactions that could be consistently applied across our suite of products. This approach ensured a cohesive and intuitive experience for users, bridging the gap between traditional CLI and modern GUI elements.

• I joined VMware Carbon Black to help the Product team introduce the Cloud Workload Protection solution. As part of the Container Security team, I was focused on delivering end-to-end experiences for the DevOps and DevSecOps users. My main task was to understand how the newly introduced features overlapped with the existing ones, as well as to make sure the new flows and concepts were consistent with the overall user experience of the product.
• I was a lead designer for initiatives such as Image and Cluster scanning, Malware & Secret detection, System hardening, Runtime security, and Image Registry integration.

• I was working closely with the Product management, Sales, and Support teams to identify new business and user needs and goals. I was in charge of developing detailed prototypes of online maritime SaaS solutions:
• Real-time vessel positions and tracking - Google maps integrated in different parts of the system
• Email client & Cloud storage modules that meet the domain-specific needs
• Voyage Calculator module that helps brokers make informed decisions, taking into account the most recent regulations, bunker prices, and vessel specifications
• Vessel Questionnaires (AXSQ) to make sure brokers have all the needed vessel information as well as the most recent documentation & certification records
• Trade Flows module to understand the shipping patterns

• In my role on outsourcing projects, I focused on understanding clients’ businesses and gathering their requirements to address user needs. I defined and designed MVPs in collaboration with engineering teams, developing concepts and prototypes to help clients visualize user experiences. My work primarily involved designing enterprise tools such as:
• A commodity risk management platform to help buyers in decision-making and alert management when risk levels exceed policy thresholds.
• An automation service management platform for scheduling and managing automated resources.
• Additionally, I worked on native iOS and Android apps like Time Heroes. I coordinated projects for clients including the Bulgarian National Gallery and America for Bulgaria.

• As the European Union pushes towards paperless offices, I joined the SAP/Ariba team as a software analyst and project coordinator. I worked on enabling electronic invoicing for major clients like Airbus, Total, L’Oréal, and Inditex. My responsibilities included onboarding suppliers, gathering requirements, defining use cases, and documenting project scopes. I supported the Java development team in understanding requirements and handled testing and validation with both suppliers and buyers to ensure smooth implementation of the e-invoicing process.
