With over 20 years of engineering leadership experience in various domains, I am passionate about building and delivering cloud-native, low-latency, and high-throughput platforms that enhance customer experience, digital transformation, and data insights. As the Head of Digital Engineering & CX at IDFC FIRST Bank, I lead the engineering teams in the delivery of a strategic Customer Experience Platform that prioritizes the stabilization of existing channel and partner integrations while simultaneously building a greenfield stack to meet the evolving business needs. I also lead the platform engineering efforts for the entire bank, implementing a Shift-left approach to the ecosystem. I focus on developing the 3P's strategy of People, Platforms, and Programs by establishing Centers of Excellence (COEs) for Cloud, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Database engineering, and more. I have built key platforms such as Containerization, Cloud, Streaming, and Low code, while driving various transformation programs.
