Managing a team of engineers working on packet technology in one of the two global Center of Excellence of Ciena in Gurugram. I primarily take care of India, rest of APAC, Middle East and Europe region customers. We deliver SLO bound, industry's best class of support on L2, L3 and NFV based solutions over MEF compliant Carrier Ethernet switches and routers. Exercise proactive measures to improve network health and develop use cases for AI tools to enable networks to become self-healing as much as possible. In past, I had been part of many deployment projects comprising of networks running MPLS-TP, G.8032 rings and carrying services like IPTV, 4G/LTE, internet services, business services etc.
