Managing a team of engineers working on packet technology in one of the two global Center of Excellence of Ciena in Gurugram. I primarily take care of India, rest of APAC, Middle East and Europe region customers. We deliver SLO bound, industry's best class of support on L2, L3 and NFV based solutions over MEF compliant Carrier Ethernet switches and routers.
