• Bagged Rising Star and Rock Star Award for two consecutive year. It is given to the person who have successfully ramped up in the Organisation’s culture, and systems, and have effectively shown high performance in their work.
• Working with an exceptional team at Paytm, who successfully developed the Common Onboarding Platform. My primary responsibility involved creating and working on the Plan Master Management system project, which was built from the ground up. This system allows for the creation of various plan types, specifically tailored to different Paytm devices such as EDC or Soundbox. These plans are customized based on specific merchant and agent details, and can be further refined using a wide range of filters and criteria.
• In addition to the mentioned project, I contributed to multiple other projects. One focused on developing APIs for external services interacting with Paytm. Another involved revamping a major monolithic service, where I led the creation of a Backend For Frontend (BFF) service. This shift reduced frontend complexity, minimized frontend system load, and streamlined app development. It also enabled product teams to experiment with configurations and tailor the service to user behaviors.
