• UDYAMITA spans identifying aspirants through omnichannel outreach and nurturing them by determining their enterprise-readiness, identifying fitting business model algorithmically, connecting them to skill-trainings, imparting a vernacular Entrepreneurship Development Program (digital-first, following andragogical principles), auto-generating comprehensive and personalized business plans in minutes (for 170+ business ideas), recommending eligibility for fitting credit schemes, enabling credit/subsidy access from banks (under several Government schemes) and NBFCs, building backward/forward linkages for enterprises, offering business support, registration and compliance services and handholding for enterprise sustainability in perpetuity via our technology.
• Our core focus is on building entrepreneurial capability, fostering access to low-cost finance, and continuous handholding and mentorship, with the sustainable monthly incomes of micro-entrepreneurs being our north-star metric. We have strategized our efforts with NSDC, SIDBI, several state Governments, and public sector banks, and foster sustainable livelihoods at the BoP. Over the next five years, we have the opportunity to enable 1 million micro-entrepreneurs, unlock INR 50,000 cr+ of financing, generate at least 3 million direct employment, and create a massive impact on the country's grassroots economy.

• The German Chancellor Fellowship for tomorrow's leaders is a flagship program of the Humboldt Foundation and is patronized by The Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany. The fellowship is awarded to up to a maximum of 50 prospective leaders from Brazil, China, India, Russia or the USA annually.
• As part of this research, I have studied the nuances of corporate sustainability between India and Europe, including the drivers, philosophies, scale, span, approaches, levels of engagements, communication, feedback mechanisms and reporting. With my host/mentor being an expert panelist of ISO 26000, I have gained a thorough understanding of the internationally acclaimed guidance to corporate social responsibility and have co-authored a handbook on aligning responsible efforts with SDGs, called the CSR Voyager. As a public consultant to SDSN's SDG Compass, I have presented a critical review of the compass at DNWE's annual meeting. I was also invited to present my perspectives on the role of corporates in attainment of SDGs at the annual conference of European Business Ethics Network in Istanbul. A spin-off from my research project, I have co-created a practicable Maturation Model for organizational sustainability assessment, benchmarking performance, integrated control, communication and feedback. I am in the process of performing anchor validation of this model in a variety of contexts.

• The Young India Fellowship (YIF) seeks to groom young women and men who will lead India through the 21st century. The YIF brings together 100 emerging leaders from around India in a one-year residential post-graduate programme in our nation’s capital.

• Working in a team of 4 developers, I played an instrumental role in the upkeep and enhancement of the firm-wide global travel and entertainment expensing system. My key project involved shifting infrastructures to an eco-friendly and paperless automated approval process of employees’ claims/reimbursements. On global deployment, this led to a huge cost-saving. Following an evolutionary model of development, the job subsumed requirement analysis, iteration planning, projecting best approaches and subsequent design and development of an efficient user-friendly application.
