• 3. Developed a web-based solution (DMS) to transform operations data mostly from drilling and workover reports into business intelligence (GFE).
• 4. Developed Statistics Extractor (AR-360) Petrel plug-in for ADNOC and multiple plug-ins for Saudi Aramco and PDO.
• 5. Developed tools and ingestion pipelines for ingesting subsurface data into OSDU.
• 6. Also led the team responsible for DELFI migration of clients like Chevron, Equinor and Aker.
• 7. Actively involved in coaching and mentoring of junior colleagues and guide them in their career progression.

• The role was to form a team of 10-15 university students from scratch and train them to process microseismic data. I was responsible for distributing the raw microseismic data to the team and recollecting the processed data to ensure timely deliveries of the processed data to the company's Houston office. I held several follow up sessions with the team to solve their queries and also managed their payroll. Also suggested some modifications to the company's existing processing software based on the team's requirements to improve its efficiency.

• Introduced two new field navigation data formats (SPS and OGP P1/11) to ProSource Seismic - Exploration and Production Data Management Software of Schlumberger. Attracted new clients by analyzing software package offerings & predicting future requirements Proposed new UIs and data cutting algorithms to improve the efficiency of the product. Acted as a bridge between the Product Development Manager and the Developers by providing them with my proposal in the form of a requirement document. Project approved by Product Champion and majority of my proposals were incorporated in the next release (2016.3) of the software ProSource Seismic.
