I am working across Salesforce OMS and Commerce Cloud as a Business Analyst, QA professional, and Scrum Master. Sometimes switching hats faster than Salesforce pushes updates. Over the last 3 years, I have contributed to multi-cloud implementations across SF OMS, SFCC B2C/B2B, Sales, Service, and OCI. I am leading the SF OMS QA team, supporting Jira admin work, and have been part of 10+ OMS integrations (yes, I’ve seen almost every possible order flow twist). What I do: 1. Turn business requirements into clear user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria (no vague stories allowed). 2. Lead OMS QA activities, coordinate UAT, and make sure the order lifecycle behaves exactly the way the business expects. 3. Keep sprints on track as a Scrum Master — and make sure standups don’t turn into stand-till-lunch sessions. 4. Train the team on SFCC B2C/B2B, OMS, and OCI to build confident, well-rounded testers and analysts. 5. Connect the dots between business, dev, and QA so everyone speaks the same language. Technical skills I enjoy working with: 1. Postman, Jira (as an Admin), Teamwork, BrowserStack, Salesforce Inspector. 2.
