• I was responsible for monitoring a fleet of 6 hydraulic shovels of bucket capacity 5.6cubic meter and 3.7 cubic meters of TATA HITACHI and L&T respectively with proper deployment and work allocation.

• I worked in the Fabrication department where my role was to improve welding quality of EX-1200 CFU & Tail Frame through Visual Check Sheets.This internship has helped me immensely in learning new methods used in fabrication process which include metal cutting operations, machining operations, welding operations etc.

• ASME INDIA HPVC 2014 Champion-HPVC is an inter college design, fabrication and racing competition for students where teams have to conceptualise, design and fabricate a human powered vehicle to participate in a three day event comprising of design competition, endurance race and a drag race. The objective of the races is to provide students with an opportunity to demonstrate the speed and reliability of their vehicles.
• During my tenure our team was named ASME INDIA HPVC 2014 Champion.The competition was held in India for the first time organised by Delhi Technological University(DTU) partnered with IIT Delhi.

• National Aluminium Company Limited, abbreviated as NALCO, was incorporated as a public sector enterprise of the Ministry of Mines, Government of India in 1981.It is Asia's largest and the sixth largest, integrated aluminium complex, encompassing bauxite mining, alumina refining, aluminium smelting and casting, power generation, rail and port operations.The main units of NALCO are at Damanjodi (Mines & Refinery complex) and Nalconagar, Angul (Smelter & Power Plant Complex). The Bauxite mines called "Panchpatmalli Mines" is situated atop a set of five mountains called Panchpatmalli. These mines are open cast mines.
• I worked in the above mine from 21st May- 1st July, 2013 i.e 6 weeks. It proved to be a highly productive training as i gained knowledge about general aspects of mine and mine safety,time and motion study of different machinaries, drilling , blasting,crushing & conveying system. I was fortunate to visit a unique system of conveying mineral i.e Cable belt conveyor system.
• It was a highly productive mine having huge fleet of HEMM machinaries. I learned about the different HEMM deployed there and learned about the maintenance schedule of various machinaries.

• I did this training in the winters for 15 days from 4th Dec to 18th Dec, 2012. I learned about the hydraulic system of JCB 3DX which later proved to be a boon at the later stage of my engineering. I also gained knowledge about the transmission system of the JCB machines.
