• Support the Division Chief in the execution of daily operations of the division, as well as assist in Center-level action teams. Oversight of 50 civil servants and 50 contractors.
• Duties include leading and managing 2 Branch Chiefs, 1 Deputy Branch Chief and 4 Team Leads. The division is responsible for providing testing of instruments, racks, payloads and subsystems as well as design and development of specialized sensors and science. Projects led and/or supported by this division include Environmental Control and Life Support Systems (ECLSS), Sabatier, Universal Pretreat Concentrate Tank (UPCT), Fluid Relocation on Gateway (FROG), Universal Waste Management System (UWMS) just to name a few.
• Work with Branch Chiefs on Strategic workforce planning, succession planning, employee hiring, employee development, including technical and leadership training, onboarding of new employees within the Division.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing positive working culture, foster open communication and collaboration, and resolve conflict between employees.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to the Engineering Director, program/project office and external customers.
• Monitor the division's budget spending to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and projects were delivered within financial constraints.

• Supported Avionics Division Chief in the execution of daily operations of the organization, as well as assist in Center-level action teams. Oversight of 75 civil servants and 75 contractors.
• Duties include leading and managing 4 Branch Chiefs and 7 Team Leads. The Avionics Division is responsible for the electrical design and support functions for avionics systems, ground and flight instruments, payloads, satellites and space flight vehicles and has multiple state of the art labs and facilities supporting hands on hardware development and collaborative insight/oversigth of work performed by one or multiple contractors.
• Strategic workforce planning, succession planning, employee hiring, employee development, including technical and leadership training, onboarding of new employees within Avionics Division.
• Managed the Lightweight Deployable Interable Antenna Array (LiDIA) Principal Investigator (PI) to ensure that the monthly charts are clear, concise and includes schedule, labor usage, future planning, costs and risks.
• Fostered open communication, promote a positive work environment and resolve conflict between employees.

• I supported the Manager and Deputy Manager with execution of the office, center and mission directorate's goals and objectives. Human Explorations Development and Operations (HEDO) Office manages MSFC's space portfolio which includes Artemis. HEDO builds equipment that keeps the astronauts happy and healthy on orbit...Environmental Controls and Life Support Systems (ECLSS) which recycles and regenerates air and water; provides continuous 24/7 Science Payload Operation in support of the International Space Station (ISS); designing the habitats that astronauts will live and work in on the Moon and on their way to Mars; builds the state of the art science racks and microgravity and life sciences glove boxes.

• I was appointed by the Center Director to be one of the center's Ombuds. As an Ombudsman, I provide a confidential place for employees to discuss concerns and understand their options without fear of retaliation. I provide upward feedback to management about organization trends.
• I listen to employees' concerns and provide resources, options and/or a formal process to address their concerns. I follow up with each visitor to get a status to see if their concerns have been addressed and/or resolved.

• I supervised 15 civil servants and 10 contractors in the Industrial Safety Branch where we were responsible for ensuring safety across the center. This included mishap investigations, building inspections, fire safety, explosive safety, lifting devices, safety and providing recommendations to prevent reoccurrences.
• In this role, I was also the Agency's Lead Auditor for Mishap Investigation where Institutional, Facility and Operations audits were performed at each NASA center and component facilities every two years. This was to ensure that each center provided a safe working environment for all employees.
