• Merchant Platform (Merchant Business): Developed a robust platform supporting core services utilized across Bharatpe. This includes merchant onboarding, app experiences, and back-office portals. Significantly enhanced the merchant app experience by transitioning from native rollouts to server-driven UI. Increased core services application availability from 96.5% to 99.99%. Successfully handled peak loads of approximately 20,000 requests per second (RPS) during the festive season.
• Postpe(Consumer Business):
• Postpe is a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product. Users establish accounts using their Aadhar and PAN numbers. Each user receives a credit limit for making purchases, similar to a credit card.
• The current system handles 150-200 transactional requests per second (RPS) and approximately 2,000 non-transactional RPS.
• To accommodate the growing customer base, the architecture is being revamped to enhance performance and improve the customer experience.

• 1. I was a part of "Paytm Payment Bank's UPI Team". I was a member of the team responsible for the development of UPI from which has over 71 million users and more than ~10 million txn per day on average. I was central to the development of several important verticals of UPI including but not limited to Profile Management Service, Transactional Flows and methods to improve the success rate of the created transactional system. I also was part of Perf Testing for this and achieved 450 transactional TPS and 3500 non-transactional services TPS.
• 2. I was a part of "Paytm Payment Bank's AEPS Team". I was a member of the team responsible for the development of AEPS from scratch serving traffic of 150 transactional TPS and 400 non-transactional TPS cumulative transactions to ~ 1M/day on average. Created Disaster recovery site single handedly which has a total of 6 microservices
• 3. I was core member of creating DR site for the UPI,AEPS team. Successfully managed to do several smooth DR Drills.
• 4. Created framework for unlimited scalability of creating our sandbox environments for better integration with main transactional system's sandbox environment.
• 5. I was core member of 3-way recon engine team for reconciling the status of a txn and settlement of that txn. We scaled up the reconciliation service to settle approximately 10 million transactions in close to 7 minutes.
• 6. I was part of hotels team and was responsible for managing several services like paytm hotels backend, Proxy Channel Manager. Did some of the revamps in the flow for better success rate of hotels booking, integration with channel managers for hotels inventory for paytm front end. Tech used: Java, MySQL, Spring Boot,JPA, ES.

• I was part of Intelli-Agent service team with responsibility of managing back end of the service which enables the network service providers to optimise there network performance. A light-weight, non-intrusive agent running on a mobile device, communicating with a remote cloud server, can be instructed to execute a wide range of scenarios and tasks, and can collect a myriad of data ranging from surrounding RF conditions, device parameters and app usage information usage. The raw, unprocessed data is then relayed back to the remote server where a powerful business intelligence engine processes the data into clear, concise, and actionable reports that provide a superior capability to monitor, analyse, troubleshoot, and optimise network and device performance, with the goal of enhancing overall customer experience.

• 1. I was part of Omni Docs team which is an Enterprise Wide Document Management Solution handles Scanned Document Images, Electronic Documents, Emails and Electronic Data Output from other Applications with equal efficiency and ease. It reduces paper usage in day to day business processes.
• 2. I was involved in development of OmniDocs Authentication Manager using LDAP protocol to communicate with a Directory Server. It synchronizes the users to its data base which are available in the Directory Server. The user created can be authenticated against the domain in the Directory Server.
• 3. I was active meber of troubleshooting and implementing bug fixes of OmniDocs application and OmniDocs authentication manager resulting in better success rate of system wide.
