About

At 49, I made a decision that many thought was crazy. To leave a comfortable executive role to solve a problem that SMBs and SMEs face every day. After two decades in telecom and technology, including scaling Sulekha through the 2008 crisis, I witnessed something troubling. While large enterprises had sophisticated customer engagement tools, 75 million SMBs in India (contributing 35% of GDP) were stuck on lead leakage with Excel sheets and manual processes. That's why we built Gallabox in 2021. Born out of the very growth pains and the market opportunity I observed, Gallabox is an AI-powered growth engine that turns every WhatsApp conversation into a business opportunity and tangible ROI. Today, we're proud to serve 10,000+ businesses across 45+ countries, powering 200M+ conversations and helping SMBs/SMEs achieve up to 77% uptick in lead conversion. Our recent $3.5M funding from FUSE, Prime Venture Partners, and Neon Fund validates our mission to democratize conversational AI on WhatsApp and beyond.
