• I rejoined the organisation in Bangalore with the responsibility of brining in efficiencies in the services division. Shortly after a span of 8 months, I moved to Mumbai and moved onto lead the Real Estate division.
• I was later given the responsibility to lead the APAC team for operations planning. The role involved partnering with businesses to drive innovations, operating strategies, changes in products and offerings to increase productivity, process efficiency and bring commercial benefits.
• In the earlier role, I was responsible for advising businesses to drive efficiency through various range of services across event management, business services & real estate. I managed the strategy and planning of complex client events across India, providing a platform to the clients to meet the regulators and top management of various industries. Additionally, I worked closely with the SMEs to identify real estate for business expansion, manage current real estate foot print and to manage life cycle of projects.

• Early in the career, I gained extensive exposure in analyzing security risk, preparing reports, advising business partners and conducting drills to assess the preparedness in view of the required BCP standards. I worked closely with BCP division, crisis management centers and other first responders of the firm to educate employees about the possible crisis scenarios and ways to deal with them.

• These were the early years of my corporate tenure. Here, I initiated tenure as a Security Trainee and garnered extensive exposure across multiple aspects of the business. My role involved analyzing and suggesting process enhancements in the logistics function, being instrumental in bringing in efficiency across the process. I worked as a key partner with the management to implement the Voluntary Retirement Scheme policy for non supervisory staff. I was also selected as a part of project management team for start of ‘Special Economic Zone’ businesses. I assisted in writing the SOPs for the division, that became the ground rules for the existing processes & systems.
