(3) Detailed Feasibility: This study includes estimating capital cost, cap-ex phasing, debt drawdown schedule and repayment schedule. The study also includes Profit & Loss account schedule and sensitivity analysis for both capacities of refinery.
  • The project discusses the pricing of petroleum products in India and setting up crude oil processing refinery in Special Economic Zone (SEZ) or Non-Special Economic Zone. The project concludes with 15 MMTPA in non-SEZ is the most commercially viable and feasible option in the recent scenario.
