• Primarily worked on 3 initiatives.
• Kryton 2.0. - Aim was to enhance customer experience by empowering on ground operations team (OYO captains) to keep properties in check and guide property owner to take desired steps. Designed end to end experience on Android app and construed product requirements.
• Hotel management system - Designed some of the core modules for tablet and desktop app. For eg. ‘Promotions’ which generated 50 million additional revenue on an avg per month. Also, designed supporting android app for food vendors to efficiently manage food orders at the property.
• Orbis - An android app for business developers (BDs). The new system improved the efficiency of BDs where 15% more properties got onboard in the same period of time.
