He worked for 0-1 stage start ups, where he started monetisation when product was ready for GTM and scaled it with multiple Sales Channels after doing Proof of Concept (POC). During his tenure with Start Ups, Ritesh scale revenue from 1x to 3x and also build sales team from scratch to 200+ team members. Ritesh managed Enterprise Sales, Inside Sales, Horeca Sales, Channel Partner Sales, International Sales, Field Sales, Success and Renewal Team in order to ensure not only NCA but also Renewals / Retentions. As Country Head, Ritesh helped one Chinese MNC launch their Banking marketplace business (Like Paisabazzar) managing Tech, product, legal, marketing, HR, Sales & Alliances. Last 2 years have been very interesting where Ritesh helped New Age SaaS company to source business from Enterprise, HORECA as well as MSME Clients. This journey exposed him to world of software : ERP, POS, Restaurant POS, Accounting, GST, Billing Application. He learned how Enterprise as well as MSME client acquisition is managed.
