• I worked on NLP use case for customer experience platform. Objective was to provide important major themes, aspects, product & business centric phrases being talked about in given text corpus, be it survey, CSAT or any text sources and sentiment around theses insights. We had to build state of art solution to capture organisation's domain and client specific information.
• We had a pipeline of models to achieve this:
• Word Embedding on our own full corpus
• Customized Phrase model to identify domain-specific phrases and to tweak the keyword extraction
• Text classification model to capture competitors, product features and event entities
• Relevance model to filter out only important keywords
• Keyword aggregation based on the vectors to build topic aspect(keywords) map for insight.
• Previous projects with Gainsight:
• Typical client-specific solutions are predictive modelling, Data Discovery & customer health assessment. We provide the likelihood of churn and actionable insights along with Reason Code and deployments.
• Also, I worked on an Automated predictive modelling platform for the customer success domain.
