About

Tagline: Science in the bloodstream. Story in the soul. Spartan spirit in the gym. tl;dr: if you are a high-performing athlete or CXO, my longevity research and protocols can help you start living healthier, for longer. As a Longevity Physician dedicated to overwhelmed high-performers and CXOs, I've spent over two decades forging a transformative path in healthcare. My journey began with a Bachelors of Science and Medical degrees from University College Medical School in London, fueling my passion for extreme physiology through expeditions to Everest, Kilimanjaro, the Arctic and many other global adventures. Serving as a reservist - medical branch, in the Royal Air Force to working at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, my career has been a pursuit of excellence. In 2010, I transitioned to Mumbai, becoming a strategic advisor and investor in the Healthcare and Life-sciences industry, contributing to major global players. The COVID-19 pandemic reignited my commitment to frontline work, from medical volunteering to founding the not-for-profit initiative, MedsForMore. Today, I am at the forefront of longevity sciences, spearheading Human Edge, an investor-backed digital health venture focused on leveraging blood and digital biomarkers to create a personalised and bio-individual longevity protocol for our patients. As a Guinness World Record participant holder for backwards running, best-selling author ('At The Human Edge'), and ex-board member of the International Coaching Federation, my mission is clear: to help people live healthier, for longer using science. The core of my work involves upgrading the human operating system for longevity, utilising the power of biomarkers. Whether it's guiding through my latest venture or sharing insights as a public health commentator, my focus remains on shaping a future where health and performance go hand in hand. Join me in this exciting journey toward a healthier, longer, and more fulfilling life.
