Passionate about customer service I help build a Call centre with a new model of it being managed by Back to work women and calls and resolution being handed by BOT . I have expertise in set ups of functions like ops, tech, digital and customer service. Last 10 years I have leadership positions across organisations and in the last 5 years have delivered the role of a chief operating officer. Have been in all major managment committes like the leadership committee, Mancom . Been an invitee of the board in the role of a COO. I have lead the IT strategy committee from the bank side and handled the various meetings of the board for IT strategy. Very innovative by nature I have been experimenting various innovative digital solutioning in various processes in the financial services . I won multiple awards in my career such Asian Banker award for the best bank project, CIO award for the most innovative process, CXO women achiever award, Gamechanger award , Trail blazer award to name a few. An alumni from Oxford I works extensively in the area of women empowerment and actively involved in a non profit organisation called Aspire for Her which works to build the diversity ratio in the country. I am an advisor for the tech and ops for aspire for Her organisation I am a speaker at major fintech forums.
