Praful is an AI Product Leader who has leveraged the latest in AI for short-term as well as transformative impact at enterprises across sectors. He combines his craft as a data and process-driven Product Manager with his training as a strategist and investor, his entrepreneurial / builder mindset and his expertise in pragmatic application of AI. As the PM Director for AI Enterprise Products at Meta, Praful has built coalitions across functions/ orgs to leverage the current wave of innovation with multimodal LLMs and Agentic AI for substantial results. As the Chief Product Officer of Jio Haptik, he brought GPT to conversational commerce and customer support use cases. Before that, at Health IQ, he led development of an AI based Precision Insurance product which was acquired by UnitedHealth Group. He has served multiple clients including Deloitte, Eli Lilly, eTrade, eBay, and Cisco via his AI/ NLP solutions company, Coseer. Prior to entering the world of AI, Praful has been a turnaround CEO and an activist investor who engineered multiple exits, invested $1b+ capital in public/private companies and created significant value using product strategy and data science as primary levers. Praful started his career as a management consultant with McKinsey and Company. An avid coder and a hapless dad, Praful has a demonstrable track record as an angel investor. He has published multiple academic papers and thought leadership pieces, won multiple awards, and frequents the conference/ lecture circuit. He is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and Harvard Business School.
