• Conceptualized end-to-end a new GPT first customer support and Ticketing product, Contakt, launched in Dec 2023. Innovated on features for Support Agent Copilot.

• 2. CheckMyHealthRecord.com, which lets seniors access their health record, review it for errors and file disputes to correct those errors;
• 3. MyRxMail, industry's first medically personalized newsletter that provides L2 insights about a user's medications, conditions and wellness related topics.
• The business based on products I built was acquired by UnitedHealth Group.

• Led development of a proprietary algo, Calibrated Quantum Mesh, to identify the right nugget of information from terabytes of documents, used for searching and structuring.
• Developed and launched 18 end-to-end B2B/ B2C solutions for clients like Deloitte, Eli Lilly, eBay, and Cisco, and multiple orgs in healthcare and tech sectors. Worked with matrix organizations at the client to achieve/ overshoot project goals.
• Published in academic and business journals; won multiple awards including one from NASA scientists; was featured/ quoted in 100+ publications.
