• Revamped knowledge graph building tool called Ontofy, making it more usable and smart with automatic disambiguator based on wikidata.
• Conceptualized an enterprise search solution called Smart Search, for searching across large number of documents with smart suggestions, fasttext based paragraph extraction and BERT based short answers from SharePoint or local repositories.
• Implemented Smart Search internally for 45,000 employees of Sopra Steria who could quickly search for answers in their respective project documents.
• Created various building blocks for our assets including tools like single sign-on.
• Managed Azure infrastructure to support work from home of over 100 team members. Created powershell scripts for smart optimization of virtual machines cost.
• Created a connected support center ecosystem called Alive Intelligence that encapsulated Botify.kit, Live Chat, Smart Search, Automatic Test, Ticket Prediction, etc. Alive Intelligence eventually won over 10 mn Euros for the organization.
