• Carry out classroom training and draw Standard Operating Procedures in the field of Export & Trade Finance for the use of Project Managers and Export Area Managers of the Business Unit Olive & Wine and Food Solutions in Parma, where I was give the task to train and coordinate one resource dedicated to export activities by the local Business Unit.
• Define commercial policies for the assigned areas: France, Northern Africa, the Balkans, Middle-East, Turkey and South Africa, in cooperation with 10 Sales Agents and 5 Sales Companies. Draw commercial offers, support and follow-up on ongoing negotiations.
• Acquire new customers, define Transfer Price on each sale and share Consolidated Gross Margin between Business Unit and Sales Company.
