Being the Secretary of the GCET ISTE Student Chapter, entitled to a multitude of roles; the primary being team work and brainstorming.
• The job role entitled watching over the entire student body for the period of 2013-2014 while they worked on weekly tasks and to-be-organized events. It also consisted of learning to micromanage a multitude of activities to be fitted in the confines of a a fixed budget. Maintaining immaculate Minutes of the meeting, keeping a regular track of the finances, discussing and finalizing the components of upcoming techfests and deciding on the next student body were the main duties allocated to the post.

• AIESEC is the largest student run organization in the world which facilitates global student exchange. For it to function efficiently, AIESEC International divided each country into local communities, LC and each parent LC had a few daughter LCs. AIESEC Baroda is the parent LC of AIESEC VVn which I was affiliated with.To facilitate the said global exchange, the motivated workforce was compartmentalized. The Talent Management or TM team functions as the Human resources department of AIESEC; them being in charge of recruitment, existing members, easing incoming and outgoing exchange students into their roles and looking for remunerative and volunteer jobs for the incoming exchange students.
