No 32/JHU/2012-13) is a legally registered student body, registered under Rajasthan Society Registration Act, 1958, responsible for managing the student mess system in BITS Pilani, and ensuring efficient and satisfactory services in the same. It oversees the working of eight student messes catering to over 4000 students on campus with a 200-strong employee-force and finances in excess of 160 million INR. As a member of the council, handled various administrative and legal issues, budgeting and finances of the mess services, tendering processes, recruitments along with disbursing remunerations and health and education allowances to the employees of the Society.
