I am a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of work experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Business Strategy, Consulting, Investor Relations, Fund Raising and FP&A. I have worked with some of the best startups and companies in India over the course of my career. Currently, I am the CFO of Decision Point Analytics and I lead their finance function in India, USA, Chile and Mexico. Previously I have led M&A and Investor relations teams at - 1. Latent View Analytics - The only publicly listed pure-play analytics company in India 2. Evenflow Brands - E-commerce aggregator based out of India and worked on 4 deals 3. Marico - Indian Consumer goods MNC and led marquee D2C M&A transactions like Beardo (Male grooming company), Just Herbs (Ayurvedic cosmetic brand) and True Elements (Snacking and food products). I have also had the opportunity in the past to work with one of India's leading startups Housing.com and I helped them define and scale their revenue strategy. I have a specific interest in working on difficult problem statements and trying to resolve them to create substantial impact. I enjoy working in high stake situations and in cross functional teams.
