• Gett is a taxi & delivery marketplace for B2B. Gett is trusted by thousands of corporations, including more than 1/4 of the Fortune 500.
• I started at Gett as an Associate Product Manager and quickly became Sr. Mobile Product Manager. During this period I managed products for markets in UK, Israel, and Russia: CRM & Backoffice for Support & OPS, Web App for fleets, and finally led the Mobile App for couriers:
• For the taxi business, achieved cost-savings in OPEX and marketing by -$1M annually with the same users experience and better drivers activation CR;
• For the delivery business, I built from scratch Backoffice for Customer Support and Mobile App for couriers. We scaled the whole business 10x+ every year by expanding our geography, actively gathering feedback from users, and using algo for efficient matching & route optimizations. This allowed us to reduce delivery costs by -15%, increase couriers' engagement like online hours by +18%, lateness by -30%.
