The work was featured by Satya at Microsoft Build, highlighting our rethinking of how users find, ask, and act through AI. Before Copilot, I led Growth & Data Science team for the M365 app, scaling from 60M → 150M monthly users through experimentation platforms, gamified activation, and global OEM / telco partnerships. Our frameworks for onboarding and retention became playbooks across Microsoft 365. Before Microsoft, at Amazon, I built recommendation and selection intelligence systems powering $1.8B+ incremental GMV across 11 markets—including launches for Amazon Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and scaled the organization from 9 → 70 people with zero regretted attrition. I mentor AI-native startups through the Microsoft Expert Network and collaborate with founders on personalization, search, AI systems architecture, GTM and intelligent workflow design.
