• Played a key role in driving OKRs v1 for Dunzo for Q3 with underwhelming results, it's way more complicated than it sounds but we learn and try again!

• The next 2 months were devoted to understanding how our growth engine works and building models that would allow us to control growth based on strategic choices.

• Spent one fourth of my time building out the product team and key roles for other functions.
• One fourth on launching and figuring out the GTM, growth strategy and playbook for Dunzo Bike taxis. For someone who has worked in pure play product companies, was the first long term exposure to a domain and business which is also extremely operational in nature :)
• One fourth was spent on learning about the business and how all the dots connect for a cross category, 3 sided on demand marketplace, the complexities still haven't completely sunk in!
• One fourth was spent on coming up with the MVP of our merchant product and taking it to market to our first set of merchants.

• Joined a company whose need I personally felt as a user, had heard insanely amazing things about and a founding team that I could connect with at a level like never before!
• Spent the first quarter build out the offers product, launching Dunzo cash which was a key contributor to Dunzo's first phase of inorganic growth, defining Dunzo's Bike taxi product and hiring 2 absolute rockstars to join the product team.
