• For the BI@Microsoft program served as a data strategy and BI advisor for key internal Microsoft businesses including Supply Chain, Global Marketing, Xbox, Cortana, and WW Operations. • Identified the need for a shared services team within Corporate IT and led its creation, driving a data-informed culture in partnership with senior leadership. Served as solution architect and development manager for tools supporting encryption management, project portfolio tracking, identity access management, security compliance, and ServiceNow reporting. Also led strategy and development for analytics and reporting across eCommerce Platform Technology, delivering the first executive scorecard and automation tools that enhanced visibility and incident tracking for Expedia’s core tech platforms.
