Namratha joined MPL in 2021 as the Country Head for India, where she successfully scaled the business alongside making it profitable. Prior to that, she was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company, where she advised leading CPG, retail, and consumer tech companies on growth, transformation, and digital innovation. She also helped launch and grow several digital native businesses in India and abroad. Namratha holds a PGDM from IIM Bangalore, where she won the Citi Women Leader award, and a BE from PES Institute of Technology, where she was a gold medalist.
