• As the Founding Product Manager at Rocketlane.com, I play a crucial role in defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and execution from the ground up.
• 1. Owning multiple themes in the product and ensure they achieve company objectives and market demands, delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions.
• 2. Leading our successful entry into the Professional Services Automation (PSA) market, supported by the launch of various modules such as Time Tracking, Resource Management, Rate Cards, Financial Management, Billing, and Invoicing.
• 3. Spearheaded the integration of our platform with key external systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Zapier, Workato, Google Calendar, and NetSuite, ensuring Rocketlane gels seamlessly with the tech stack our customers use.
• 4. Leading the recruitment and hiring process to build a talented and diverse product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• 5. Working closely with engineering, design, sales, pre-sales, customer success, and customer support teams to ensure I can help wherever and whenever needed.
