Here's my story: Started my journey as a Program Manager at FrontRow, solving for community engagement, successfully scaling it to an impressive user base of 100K+ paid users. After spending almost an year, got an offer to work with a LATAM based Y-Combinator backed company (Ontop) as a part of their early-APAC team, where I got to work with international stakeholders across the globe, got promoted twice and managed a team of 21+ SDRs across APAC (including countries like Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines etc) My journey then led me to RecruitGo, as a generalist. Taking up the RevOps function, I worked on scaling operations for their parent entity, Emerhub, across the globe. I worked on setting up sales operations and business development strategies for their expansion in APAC. It was a short tenured contractual gig. Had a transformative education (that focused on doing more than just learning) at Masters' Union, where I explored various new avenues - built a shopify store, selling "nostalgia" (Puraane Pixels - retro gaming consoles), started an instagram page as a content creator (@jugaad.ai) and helped my batchmates in their street-wear brand, during my studies.
