I help companies scale. I've worked on scaling multiple startups to large technology companies as an employee, coach & advisor. In my current role, I am responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative sales strategies for scaling sales programs to enable and empower small and medium sized businesses. In my last role, I helped upGrad, an edutech platform to conceptualise and design their entrepreneurship program to be launched in EMEA, North America and APAC. Prior to upGrad, I led the venture building program at Antler, a global early-stage VC, enabling and investing in the world’s most exceptional people to help them build and launch new ventures out of South East Asia. Prior to joining Antler, I worked as a technology commercialization manager at the University of Hong Kong, where I developed strategic partnerships with corporates to commercialize the technology developed at the University as well as work with spinouts from the University, to build a business strategy to take the technology to market. Prior to this, I worked for a start-up in Singapore to scale their business across SEA. In my previous roles, I have worked with startups and helped them build and monetize their IP portfolios
