  • 1) I have undergone training for one year in one of the largest boilers n chillers manufacturers, THERMAX LTD, as part of our university curriculum. It was a great learning experience; it gave me a new perspective towards understanding the manufacturing processes and business modules of the corporate world. The projects that I did were basically of TPM.It gave an immense knowledge of TPM and OEE.; to increase the availability of New corrugation m/c .
  • Company: THERMAX LTD.
  • The major task was to identify the major breakdown problems and to develop the methodology to eliminate it completely. TPM and 5S was also done to deliver and maintain the results.
  • Project-2 (B.E)
  • Title: Increase in overall equipment effectiveness of coil winding m/c from 60% to 80%.
  • Company: THERMAX LTD.
  • OEE is a major concern in industries as it's a tool for decreasing capital investment and increasing m/c utilization. All non-value added activities were identified and were eliminated by developing new methods. Gap analysis was done and counter measures were taken and hours were recovered.
