We pioneered an India-centric flex model, an asset-light approach with the largest network of centers, and it’s this kind of forward-thinking that drives me every day. Before Awfis, I gained deep experience in corporate finance and investment banking through my work at YES Bank and ST Asset Management. I mastered the intricacies of deal-making, fundraising, and strategic partnerships, building a strong foundation that has been critical in my leadership roles. I’ve worked across sectors—Consumer, Renewable Energy, F&B, and FMCG—helping businesses navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve successful transactions. What excites me most is the challenge of solving big problems and leading teams through transformation.
