I am currently working as a Software Engineer at Meta! I love coding and I strongly believe that technology can greatly help in solving day to day problems, thereby creates a significant impact in transforming the lives of the people. I am interested in working on challenging real-time projects. I have more than 7 years of Software Development experience working at Meta, Microsoft & JP Morgan, which facilitated me in leading, designing and building highly scalable end to end applications which range from handling 11 million customer balances to saving around 1.5 million with optimizations in critical projects. I have led several projects and teams and also have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, Full Stack Applications, Distributed Systems, System Design, RDBMS, NoSQL, Object oriented programming, Automation tools and Amazon Web Services I completed my Masters in Computer Science at University of Florida. The course work has equipped me with in-depth knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms and Distributed Systems, in which I am profoundly interested During free times, I like working on personal projects providing creative solutions to day to day problems. Recently, I worked on Quick Share and Query Engine projects. Quick Share facilitates users to share the clipboard content across geographically distributed devices. Led Government community cloud effort for glean scenarios across multiple teams which involves building and migrating multiple adf applications to govt cloud
Tenant topic pipeline restructuring:
Tenant topics pipeline generates tenant topics by consuming user topics retrieved from various sources such as user level features. 15 applications in the existing tenant topics feature were designed and refactored to 8 coarse grained components. Region Expansion:
Scaled the VIVA related topics customer data to 11 new regions which involved handling 12TB data. Optimized monitoring huge customer data by additional features like App Insights for azure data logs and metrics
Synapse Migration:
Onboarded synapse platform by replacing applications running in HDInsight using spark 3.4 saving 1.5 million cogs
Certificate Auto rotation:
Set up a process for auto rotating object store certificates in WKWhat and IDF workspaces which helped with certificate management and reduced significant live site load, incident mitigation across multiple applications and teams
