He joined Bank of America from 3 Global Services, Hutchison Whampoa Australia delivery center where he led Sales Support line of business. He started his career with GE Capital as a management trainee graduating from GE - John F. Welch Leadership Center Program working with the card services team. During his stints with GE, Wipro and eFunds he completed his Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP and COPC certifications. Mridul is based in Mumbai and enjoys reading, traveling and cricket.
