I am a Stanford GSB alumnus with nearly 30 years of leadership experience across technology enterprises, startups, and real estate. As the Founder, MD & Group CEO of YourOwnROOM, I lead a PropTech platform transforming residential rentals and property management. Through YourOwnROOM Private Limited and Propshield Technologies Private Limited, we manage over 1M sq. ft. of assets valued at ₹400 Cr across Bangalore and Pune. Our platform combines operational excellence with technology to maximize rental yields, enhance capital appreciation, and deliver a seamless living experience. This foundation enables us to scale effectively across cities, asset types, and strategic partnerships. In partnership with MIDAS (Mikes Indigenous Developments and Associated Services Pvt Ltd), we now provide a full-stack, end-to-end solution—from curated property sourcing and sales to long-term asset management—serving Developers, Homeowners, Armed Forces, CAPF personnels and Civilians. Beyond real estate, I am deeply passionate about building and scaling tech-driven startups, taking them from 0 to 1 and then from 1 to 10. I work closely with founders and boards to shape strategy, scale products, and drive sustainable, high-impact outcomes by applying strong economic and business principles. I currently serve on the boards of College Counselling Coach, my passion project in EdTech supporting students in their multi-year journeys to top global universities; YourGreenCanvas, a venture driving sustainable greenscape innovation for urban spaces; and Jomiso, a climate-tech company focused on water resource consulting. Prior to founding YourOwnROOM, I was Senior Vice President at Xchanging (DXC), where I managed a $30M P&L, and I have held senior leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, MphasiS, Zensar, Ness Technologies, ARI, and Wipro with P&L responsibility up to $100M. I hold a B.E. in Computer Engineering from BIT, Ranchi.
