• I stepped down as the head of BD as I wanted to pursue more of the finding solutions to problems rather than churning the numbers. Still heavily involved in BD as the solutions architect. Our boys bring me companies, I talk to them and figure out the best solution for them. Being a technical person, this role is the most ideal.

• 2. Envisioned the product framework based on our restaurant experiences, prioritized features based on user feedback from 4 different kinds of restaurants/pubs and iteratively released updates based on the validation

• 1. Built a query bot for the inhouse learning portal from scratch, from getting feedback from the stakeholders, to delivering the final product, thus automating 70% of the 3000 queries every month
• Reduced customer service call duration by 60% during insurance claim queries by extracting information using NLP
• 2. Reduced the information search time by 25% for nurses by converting physical documents into indexable documents
• 3. Identified and incentivized the customers who were on the verge of churning out of our plans with historical data
