• Started my official caravan in Wipro as a Campus Recruiter for Business Driven Hiring– Turbo. The team is responsible for Fit for purpose Campus Hiring from Top Engineering Institutes (IITs, NITs, few engineering & private colleges) across India. Turbo as a Hiring charter includes dealing with multiple stakeholders from Talent Transformation Team, Competency Heads of various Business Units & Service Lines of Wipro, External Vendors, College HODs, Placement Officers and Student coordinator.
• My responsibilities under this role-
• 1. Planning, helping in building strategies and execute the plan effectively with respect to recruitment, engagement and joining related initiatives. Also, to represent Wipro for all the aspects of talent acquisition from Elite Colleges and Universities across India to identify the brightest talent.
• 2. Branding and building strategic relationship with top ranking Universities and Colleges. Interacting with various stakeholders like Chancellors, Vice Chancellors, Head of Institutions and Placement Officers and Academicians.
• 3. Creating and executing engagement strategies to maintain healthy relationship with colleges and impart knowledge to the offered candidates.
• 4. Provide hassle free joining of the candidates and make their onboarding experience better.
• 4. Plan & execute summer internship program and after onboarding organize various activities, sessions, technical reviews to provide a genuine feedback to the interns.
