• As Member of the Regional Board of Administration, overhauled the financial management of 27 Army Public Schools (APSs) under the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) in the Command ensuring a balance between revenues and development, ensuring their long term viability. • Responsible for policy formulation in the area of welfare housing as part of the Board of Management of the Army Welfare Housing Organization (AWHO).
