• Roles and Responsibilities
• Complete product development and Own the application of field standards.
• Development of prototype and perform validation as per design for Functionality, Fit check and Metallography test. Identifying the gaps in proto build & improve the product to enable mass production with consistent quality and Acceptance test.
• Responsible for process definition, Schematic creation, Identifying critical tools /fixtures and providing guideline to layout design with industrial standards.
• Prepare and release new product BOM’s for assemblies and product structure and enable in ERP for material procurement.
• Providing technical support & training to applied & manufacturing resources including piece part supplier related to assemblies.
• Overall responsible for new process instructions, new equipment instruction.
• Initiating & working with CFT to perform product FMEA & defining Control plans.
• Facilitate RCA’s & provide design solutions to correct Non-conforming while taking account Safety, Quality and Cost.
• Performing detailed comparison of obsolete components & new components and analysis the impact.
