Responsible for revamping the single-largest payment experience on the marketplace. Owner of Pay on Delivery product experience & POD P/L for Amazon.in customers making it more sustainable, profitable and accessible mode of payment, making it available to the people that need it most and use it responsibly
Improving customer experience for Pay on Delivery purchase across lifecycle - Onsite/pre-purchase, post purchase & refunds
Ideate new launches/experiments to reimagine POD as a growth driver

Launched Whatsapp a medium to communicate on post order transactions in partnership with Razorpay, Meta. Build APIs to integrate with 3P messaging vendors to increase adoption of 1P payments via WA.

Instrumental in defining detailed QoQ roadmap with accurate launch timelines in collaboration with engineering
Conducted A/B tests to discourage POD as a defaultable option to achieve 800 bps EPR increment, viz., remove POD as a defaultable & pre-selected option for existing customers, and disable POD to be a defaultable option for new customers
